A fundraising journey that ends with you standing where the aid arrives. LIA Relief Trust is proud to give supporters the opportunity to travel overseas and experience humanitarian work first-hand.

Rather than reading about a project from a distance, volunteers walk through the communities LIA serves, meet the families behind the statistics, and spend time with the field teams delivering life-changing support on the ground.

Along the way, volunteers gain valuable fundraising experience, learn how humanitarian organisations operate under pressure, and develop practical skills that extend far beyond the deployment itself.

Most people who take part describe it as one of the most demanding and rewarding experiences of their lives.

LIA Global Response provides a depth of understanding that no report, documentary or webinar can truly replicate.

As an LIA Global Response volunteer, you'll work alongside our local teams to help deliver life-changing humanitarian aid to vulnerable communities.

Depending on the programme, you may assist with distributing food packs, cooked meals, clean water, hygiene kits, clothing, and other essential aid.

You'll also have the opportunity to engage with beneficiaries, support project delivery, and observe humanitarian operations, all under the guidance of experienced staff, ensuring your contribution is meaningful, safe, and has a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
