Although not under obligation, LIA Relief Trust will endeavour to provide supervision and support to all associated persons and volunteers, regardless of the nature of the event or activity. The Trust will also aim to accommodate personal or individual circumstances of participants where possible. If this is not feasible, individual arrangements will be discussed to meet necessary requirements. The Trust is not obliged to accommodate circumstances deemed unsuitable or unfeasible. Should any issues or complaints arise, LIA Relief Trust will take them seriously. All associated persons and volunteers will be informed, in advance, of the complaints process and procedure. This policy is not exhaustive and has been summarised for clarity.
