On Saturday 7th October a 6.3 magnitude earthquake devastated at least 12 villages near the city of Herat in west Afghanistan. Over 2000 people have lost their lives, more than 10,000 have been injured and many thousands have been left homeless. The death toll will no doubt rise as the search for survivors continues. The bitter Afghani winter is fast approaching, our displaced brothers and sisters urgently need your help.
